Terms of service
These terms govern the use of CV Studio. They apply to every user and are accepted when the account is created.
Last updated: 1 October 2026
Purpose
CV Studio is a software tool for building resumes, preparing applications and assembling scholarship dossiers. The service is provided as is, with no guarantee of a job, an admission or a scholarship.
Acceptance of the terms
Registration requires ticking a box confirming acceptance of these terms and of the privacy policy. That acceptance is free, specific and informed within the meaning of the Beninese digital code; the date on which it was given is kept in your account record as evidence.
Acceptance does not remove your right to withdraw consent: you may ask for your account to be deleted at any time, as explained in the privacy policy.
User account
Each account is personal. You agree to provide a valid email address and not to share your credentials.
After registration, the address must be confirmed through the link or code sent by email. Without that confirmation, the account stays inactive.
Each account holds its own resumes, applications and dossiers. The publisher cannot read them from another account's workspace.
- A strong password is required.
- A blocked account cannot be reactivated.
- Deleting an account deletes the associated data, within the conditions and periods described in the privacy policy.
Fair use
You agree not to misuse the service: attempted unauthorised access, bulk data extraction, abusive automation of engine calls, circumventing usage limits or any unlawful use.
Use contrary to these terms may lead to the account being blocked or deleted, without notice in the event of a clear harm to the service or to a third party.
Content and generated documents
Texts produced by the artificial intelligence engines — posting analysis, tailored resume, cover letter, scholarship dossier — are suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing, correcting and verifying them before sending anything to an employer or an institution.
You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you upload, in particular your photo and your background details.
Credits and fees
Some generations consume credits. The estimated cost is shown before each run and the balance is visible in the application header.
Without credits or a configured engine key, the relevant features may be unavailable, which does not constitute a breach of these terms.
Availability
The service is provided as is and may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or because of a provider outage. The publisher takes reasonable steps to keep it running, without any obligation as to results.
Liability
The publisher is not responsible for decisions made by employers, institutions or scholarship bodies, nor for how you use the generated documents.
The publisher cannot be held liable for damage resulting from non-compliant use, a lost password or the act of a third party.
Changes to the terms
The publisher may amend these terms to reflect a legal, technical or functional change. The last revision date appears at the top of the page, and any substantial change is notified to users.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Beninese law, in particular the digital code. Any dispute falls to the competent courts of République du Bénin.
Before any action, a complaint may be sent to devsympa9@gmail.com.
