Features

The whole application journey

Three separate jobs — finding the offer, tailoring the application, assembling a scholarship dossier — brought into one interface.

  • A complete resume editor

Contact details, experience, education, skills, languages, links and photo. Drag-and-drop reordering, saved to the database, with a preview that matches the PDF.

  • Match score out of 100

Paste the posting: the tool lists the expected keywords, what your resume already covers and what is missing. You see where you fall short, not just that it did not work out.

  • A tailored cover letter

Written in the language of the posting, addressed to the right person, exportable as PDF. Filler phrases are filtered out: every paragraph carries a fact.

  • Search across 10 sources

Ten sources queried in parallel, results deduplicated, filtered by keyword, location and age, then ranked by AI with the reason behind each score.

  • Complete scholarship dossiers

Cover letter, study plan, professional project, research project, statement of intent and a letter-of-recommendation template, plus the documents you need to gather.

  • Traceable cost, backup engine

Every generation shows its estimated cost, then the credits actually spent. If the first engine fails, the second takes over with no visible interruption.

Templates

Eight templates, one preview each

Switch templates at any time: the layout is recalculated and the PDF export follows. Your content stays untouched.

  • Classic — single column, centred header, easiest for applicant tracking systems
  • Sidebar — dark side panel with photo and skills
  • Modern — two balanced columns with a colour accent
  • Minimal — no photo, thin headings and plenty of white space
  • Timeline — a dated vertical timeline that highlights progression
  • Elegant — serif typography, centred name, fine rules
  • Compact — wide main column to fit more content on one page
  • Banner — coloured top banner then a single-column body

How it works

How it works

Three steps, no particular skill required.

  1. 1

    Build your resume once

Fill in your details, experience and education. Pick a template: the preview updates immediately and your resume is saved for next time.

  2. 2

Paste the posting or the call for applications

The tool reads the text, measures your match, tailors your resume to the offer and writes the cover letter — or the whole scholarship dossier — in the language of the source document.

  3. 3

    Export and send

Resume and cover letter as PDF, plus a complete dossier with the list of documents to gather. Every application stays in your history with its score and credit cost.

Good to know

What the tool does not promise

A good application tool also states what it does not do. Here are the limits, in plain terms.

  • No guaranteed job or scholarship

The tool prepares the application; it does not decide the answer. The score measures how well you match the text of the posting, nothing more.

  • The cost is shown

Every generation states its estimated cost, then the credits actually spent. Your balance stays visible in the header at all times.

  • One account, your data

Each account holds its own resumes, applications and dossiers. Uploaded photos are served only to their owner, never to another account.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

What people ask most before getting started.

Do I need an account to use CV Studio?

Yes. Access is granted manually and every account keeps its own resumes, applications and dossiers, so your work is visible only to you.

Can I export my resume as a PDF?

Yes, from the Preview tab, using the template you selected. The PDF reproduces exactly what you see on screen.

How many documents does a scholarship dossier include?

Six texts: cover letter, study plan, professional project, research project, statement of intent and a letter-of-recommendation template — plus the list of supporting documents to gather.

What language are the generated texts written in?

The language of the posting or call for applications: French when the source is French, English when it is English. Texts are checked to remove filler phrases.

What happens if the main AI engine does not respond?

A second engine takes over automatically, so generation continues without a visible error. You can also force either engine from the interface.

Does the tool help find scholarships?

Yes. Four scholarship blogs are read directly, their recent listings are collected with their deadline, then ranked against your profile.

Ready to go from the posting to the dossier?

Open your workspace, fill in your resume once, then generate each application in minutes instead of an evening.
